Company profile
Since our foundation in 1996, we at MH direkt have developed into a leading Central European e-commerce service provider. We are a Vorarlberg family business based in Lauterach and offer our customers tailor-made solutions that cover all fulfillment services relevant to online retail (from logistics to customer service) and also operate our own online stores in the most important Central European markets with great success.
History
MH direkt was founded in 1996 by Monika and Hanns Schindler as a mail order company. The founders recognized the potential of online retail at an early stage and, together with their son Philipp, who is now the second generation to run the company, began to operate and establish their own online stores.
Our services
We don't just send the parcels and take care of the entire fulfillment process. We also provide our customers with help and advice if they have any questions about e-commerce. We have been running our own stores very successfully for over 10 years and we are happy to share this expertise with our customers.
The team
A location with lots of crazy e-commerce enthusiasts. Everything we need to be successful is gathered at our headquarters in Lauterach. Our 90 employees, the warehouse, our control center and everything else that goes with it.
