If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Encryption and data security
To prevent loss or misuse of the data we store, we take extensive technical and operational security precautions, which are regularly reviewed and adapted to technological progress.
Every order process in our webshop is encrypted (128-bit Secure Socket Layer). The encryption ensures that no information can be forwarded to unauthorized third parties. You can see whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the status or address bar of your browser.
Data transfer to third parties
We do not pass on your personal data to third parties without your express consent, which can be revoked at any time - exceptions to this principle are listed and justified at the appropriate points in this declaration. Data collection when using our website
By using our website, you consent to the processing of your data as follows. You can visit our website without providing any personal information. We do not store any of your data when you simply use our website.
Use of IP addresses on the basis of the "legitimate interest" legal basis
Your IP address is always recorded, the last 8 bits of the IP address are deleted and thus anonymized. This means that only a rough localization is possible.
The relationships with our web analytics providers are based on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision of the European Commission ("Privacy Shield"). We have concluded a contract for commissioned processing with all our processors.
The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.
Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.
User data is retained for a period of 38 months.

Use of Google Adwords conversion tracking
We use the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and, as part of Google AdWords, the conversion tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is stored on your computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification.
If you visit certain pages of our website and the corresponding cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Thus, there is no way that cookies can be tracked across AdWords customers' websites.
The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. This tells customers the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. Facebook Pixels
Our website uses the remarketing function "Custom Audiences" of Facebook Inc. ("Facebook"). This function is used to present interest-related advertisements ("Facebook Ads") to visitors to our website when they visit the social network Facebook.
