Data collection when using our website

By using our website, you consent to the processing of your data as follows. You can visit our website without providing any personal information. We do not store any of your data when you simply use our website.

Use of IP addresses on the basis of the "legitimate interest" legal basis

Your IP address is always recorded, the last 8 bits of the IP address are deleted and thus anonymized. This means that only a rough localization is possible.

The relationships with our web analytics providers are based on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision of the European Commission ("Privacy Shield"). We have concluded a contract for the processing of orders with all our processors.

The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.

Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised.

User data is retained for a period of 38 months.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google") (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA;). Google Analytics also uses cookies (see above). The information generated by these cookies about your use of this website (including the anonymized IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.

Facebook Plugins

Our website uses plugins from the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The plugins are marked with a Facebook logo or the addition "Social Plug-in from Facebook" or "Facebook Social Plugin". You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins and their appearance here. When you call up a page of our website that contains such a plug-in, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Facebook receives the information that your browser has called up the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook profile or are not currently logged in to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can directly assign your visit to our website to your Facebook profile. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "Like" button or posting a comment, this information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information may also (depending on your privacy settings on Facebook) be published on your Facebook profile and shown to your Facebook friends. For information on the purpose and scope of the data collection, the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as your rights in this regard and settings options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook's privacy policy. If you do not want Facebook to assign the data collected via our website directly to your Facebook profile, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the loading of Facebook plugins for your browser using add-ons.

Use of Google Adwords Conversion Tracking

We use the online advertising programme "Google AdWords" and, as part of Google AdWords, conversion tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google Inc (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is placed on your computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification.
If you visit certain pages of our website and the corresponding cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognise that you have clicked on the ad and have been redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Therefore, there is no way that cookies can be tracked across AdWords customers' websites.
The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. This tells customers the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.
If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you can object to this use by preventing the installation of cookies through a corresponding setting in your browser software (deactivation option). In this case, you will not appear in the conversion tracking statistics. Further information and Google's privacy policy can be found at:,
