You are the central point of contact for our customers and coordinate internally with the departments to find the best solution for the customer.
You enjoy your work and have a talent for organization.

Management and support of IT projects in connection with the applications we use (Sage X3 etc.) Together with the other developers, you will optimize existing applications and processes. Of course, this also includes reporting, testing and documentation.
You will familiarize yourself with different areas such as newsletter marketing, online store management, content management, SEO and SEA and take on corresponding tasks.
You design illustrations for customizable products in collaboration with the content management team. You are responsible for the implementation of new product ideas and work closely with our own production team and provide all the necessary data for production. You take care of mock-ups and product images of our new products.
You develop new products together with us and work intensively on product research.
You look after our stores, create articles and put new products online.
You will work closely with our graphics team.
You obtain offers, make comparisons and make purchasing decisions.
You design and supervise your own diverse projects in many different areas.
You are an outgoing person and have a well-groomed appearance
You have good computer skills and are confident in using MS Office
You have an excellent command of written and spoken German
You will hardly believe it, but selling is one of your main tasks and that for one of the coolest stores in Europe - our in-house online store "Radbag". You will help us to build up and expand our B2B division and make our product range even more attractive.
Sewing work for our own products as well as quality control are among your main tasks, while you master these reliably and carefully. Very good German language skills, both oral and written, are an advantage.
