The Austrian outsourcing-service and fulfillment company MH|direkt invites to an international get together in Lauterach (Vorarlberg - Austria)
The outsourcing service company MH|direkt from Vorarlberg, with overseas branches in the USA and China overseeing foreign affairs of Austrian and European large concerns, organizes an international get together on the 11th of May, 2009 with all employees of all worldwide settlements.
“With our head office and both branches, Shanghai and Chicago, we offer our internationally-active customers from Austria and the whole Europe comprehensive outsourcing solutions for e-commerce, direct marketing and mail order. Ongoing coordination between the branches is necessary for a smooth and reliable outsourcing service. With the meeting in Lauterach we bring all responsible persons together“, says Monika Schindler-Greiter, managing director of MH|direkt. „At the same time we give our managers in Shanghai and Chicago the opportunity to spend some days in their home country.“
Georg Godula, an Austrian from Vorarlberg, is the head of our branch in Shanghai since two years. He is responsible for about forty employees, who handle the Asian market in call center services for Austrian and European trusts.
The American branch in Chicago cares for the whole North- and South American market on behalf of European customers. So there are 25 languages fluently spoken in MH|direkt call centers.
„Because of our international settlements we are able to handle the European business on the one hand and the foreign affairs overseas on the other hand for our longtime Austrian and European customers. The companies benefit from a central contact and we provide the required know-how for the international market in direct marketing and mail order.
